Beautiful work, Amy. Love the mood. Great color palette. Almost monochromatic, which really adds to the subtlety of your image. L/V i'ina

Artist's Description

We have a pond behind our house that wild ducks frequent in the Spring. My favorites are the Hooded Mergansers. If the food supply is plentiful, one or two pair sometimes stay to raise a brood. These are beautifully marked diving birds who will fly away if photographers try to get too close!
